Engineer - Maintenance

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across the property Perform maintenance and repairs on pumps, boilers, water heaters, water softeners, HVAC systems, gas equipment, and related systems Install, modify, or redirect electrical circuits as needed Complete assigned work orders accurately and in a timely manner Conduct daily facility rounds and proactively address maintenance needs Re-lamp lighting throughout the property as required Assist with installation and reconfiguration of gaming floor layouts as needed Utilize diagnostic tools including amp meters, voltmeters, ohm meters, pressure gauges, and similar equipment Follow all safety procedures and perform work in the safest and most efficient manner Maintain working knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local building and safety codes Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and other departments regarding maintenance needs Perform other job-related duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Basic math skills required Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to safety and detail Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent required Experience maintaining commercial or hospitality facilities preferred Physical Requirements Mobility for up to 90% of the shift Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching (floor level to 12 feet), and climbing ladders and stairs Ability to crawl in confined spaces such as attics and access areas Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 100 lbs. Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination to operate tools and equipment Ability to use hand and power tools Normal vision (including color distinction), hearing, smell, and touch required Ability to communicate via phone, radio, and other communication devices Regular and predictable attendance required Working Conditions Work performed indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Exposure to hot, cold, noisy, smoky, or dimly lit environments Work in confined or elevated spaces including catwalks and attic areas Exposure to chemicals and maintenance-related substances Frequent interaction with staff and occasional interaction with guests Qualifications Education Required High School or better.
