SAP Data Management RoleThis role requires someone with strong SAP skills to help keep master data accurate and systems running smoothly. The role involves supporting production lines by managing product information in SAP and other key systems.What You'll Do:SAP Data Management (CRITICAL - SAP Experience Required!) Set up and update product recipes and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP to guide product creation.Create and manage change requests for new or modified items in SAP.Check and fix new product setups from external partners in SAP, ensuring all details like category codes, storage locations, and other settings are correct.Troubleshoot common SAP issues related to product data, such as fixing errors in BOMs.Send product recipes to the production system (MES) when needed.Product Information & Recipe System Support Enter and update product details in central product information systems, including shelf life, destination, and production line settings.Assist in setting up recipes in the Recipe Site system, ensuring production details are accurate.Update packaging information in the Access Anywhere system.Monitoring & Coordination Monitor emails to ensure external teams have completed their part of the product setup.Verify product formulas to ensure they align across technical systems, SAP, and production needs.Assist with basic setup for product trials, ensuring necessary documentation is in place.Participate in team meetings to stay updated and provide status reports on work progress.Requirements:Solid, hands-on experience with SAP, especially with product data (BOMs, Recipes).Detail-oriented and precise.Ability to follow instructions well.Proficiency in office tools (like Excel, Outlook).Strong communication skills with team members.We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and encourage applications from diverse backgrounds.
