Human Resources Representative

Job Details Job Title: HR Coordinator. Pay Rate: $20-$28/hr. Schedule/Location: M-F 8-5 with willingness to modify schedule once or twice a month to support off shifts. 100% onsite at Lincoln. We are accepting candidates who are more early in their career versus tenured HR reps. Office Interviews: 1st Screen with HG, 2nd Screen with SE Team. Duration: 6 months with strong extension possibility to 1 year plus. Responsibilities Manage day‑to‑day employee relations and respond to HR‑related questions leveraging the internal HR Shared Service model. Facilitate HR system processes and maintain data accuracy through local support and counsel. Lead and support employee engagement activities. Create clear, concise, and professional communication material for the HR Department, including flyers, text messages, and emails. Support recruiting and onboarding activities. Lead and own administrative processes within the HR department. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate's degree required. Strong leadership skills: collaboration, communication, drive for results, effective planning, and prioritization. Attention to detail. Ability to manage tasks and projects from start to finish. Strong problem‑solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic and matrix environment. Strong PC/computer skills; intermediate Excel skills required. Can demonstrate sound judgment in social settings. Previous work in a fast‑paced environment is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
