Sauce & Spice Room Lead
Pay Rate: $16.50/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–3:30 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Sauce & Spice Room Lead to oversee daily production operations while ensuring quality, food safety, productivity, and safety standards are met. This position will provide direction and support to production associates and help ensure efficient workflow.

Responsibilities

• Oversee spice and sauce production processes
• Monitor productivity and ensure production timelines are met
• Perform quality checks and maintain accurate records
• Operate and troubleshoot production equipment, including mixers, fillers, metal detectors, conveyors, tapers, and label printers
• Assemble and disassemble equipment as needed
• Complete food safety and sanitation inspections
• Provide direction and support to production associates
• Follow all safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
• Maintain a clean and organized production area

Requirements

• Previous food manufacturing, production, or restaurant back-of-house experience preferred
• Lead or supervisory experience is a plus
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Ability to follow procedures and maintain accurate documentation
• Ability to frequently lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Work Environment

• Fast-paced food production environment
• Temperature-controlled facility with exposure to hot and cold temperatures
• Moderate noise levels
