Our teams work across enterprise platforms, cloud transformation, application modernization, and large-scale business transformation programs.Role OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst to support large-scale enterprise transformation initiatives for public sector and enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a strategic Lead BA with strong experience working within fixed-bid consulting engagements and complex technology modernization programs. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Waterfall delivery environments, stakeholder management, requirements leadership, and enterprise transformation initiatives involving platform implementations, application development, and migration programs.Key ResponsibilitiesLead business analysis activities across enterprise transformation programs.Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, discovery sessions, and process mapping exercises.Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.Create detailed BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Enterprise Transformation SupportSupport platform implementations, system modernization, and application migration initiatives.Collaborate with project managers, architects, developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.Stakeholder ManagementAct as the liaison between business units, leadership teams, IT teams, and external partners.Present recommendations, findings, and solution approaches to executive stakeholders.Facilitate decision-making discussions and support governance processes.SDLC & Delivery SupportOperate effectively within Waterfall and Hybrid SDLC environments.Support testing, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and deployment readiness activities.Contribute to delivery planning, risk identification, and change management efforts.Required Qualifications13–22 years of relevant Business Analysis experience.Strong recent experience working within Waterfall SDLC environments.Proven experience supporting: platform implementations, application development programs, application migration initiatives, enterprise modernization programs.Experience working within fixed-bid/fixed-fee consulting engagements.Strong IT Services & Consulting background required.Excellent documentation, process analysis, and stakeholder management skills.Strong communication and facilitation abilities.CBAP, PMI-PBA, PMP, or related certifications preferred.Preferred ExperiencePublic sector or government transformation initiativesEnterprise digital transformation programsComplex multi-stakeholder environmentsLarge-scale systems integration initiativesWhat Makes You SuccessfulStrong analytical and critical-thinking abilitiesExecutive level communication and presentation skillsAbility to drive clarity in complex enterprise programsStrong ownership mindset with attention to detailAbility to influence stakeholders and support strategic decision-making
