Human Resources (HR) Specialist

We are looking for a Human Resources (HR) Specialist to support daily HR operations for a Contract position based in Salt Lake City, Utah. This role is ideal for someone who communicates professionally, stays organized, and handles administrative work with accuracy and care. The specialist will help maintain department documentation, coordinate scheduling activities, and assist employees with general support needs while contributing to a smooth and efficient HR function.Responsibilities:• Maintain organized HR files and department records, ensuring documents are accurate, current, and easy to retrieve.• Coordinate and confirm appointments, meetings, and employee-related scheduling activities in a timely manner.• Provide courteous day-to-day support to employees and visitors, responding to questions with professionalism and discretion.• Enter, update, and track HR information using computer-based systems with strong keyboarding accuracy.• Assist with administrative tasks related to onboarding, internal communications, and routine departmental processes.• Support employees by sharing basic financial counseling resources or directing questions to the appropriate internal contacts.• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other HR documentation while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.
