Champion Customer Advocacy : Be the voice for our guests, managing concerns across platforms, including social media, to maintain our stellar reputation. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to tackle customer issues in a multi-state environment, ensuring seamless resolutions. Document with Precision : Execute flawless documentation and procedures, acting with integrity to keep accounts accurate and organized. Escalate serious issues through the right channels while bringing creative solutions to improve daily operations.
