The role involves monitoring patient recovery, administering medications and treatments, and supporting patients' needs during the postoperative period. Responsibilities:
- Monitor patients' vital signs and anesthesia recovery
- Administer medications and post-operative treatments as prescribed
- Provide patient education and support during recovery
- Coordinate care with the healthcare team in the Main and CVI PACU settings
- 3+ years of solid acute care hospital experience
- Completion of at least one prior travel contract
- Submit with passed EKG test with 80% or higher
- Critical Care PACU experience in an acute care hospital setting
- Valid IL Nursing License
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
