At CJ Logistics we’re looking for a Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, assign tasks, and coach team members to ensure efficiency and accuracy. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who enjoys problem‑solving, training, and improving processes. Pay Range: $21.56 per hour + $.75 Shift Premium Schedule: 3rd Shift Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 8p-6:30a What You’ll Do: Supervise & coordinate daily tasks for Warehouse Associates, Forklift Operators, and support staff to maintain workflow. Train & mentor employees through hands‑on coaching and on‑the‑job training to ensure compliance with best practices. Conduct audits, monitor warehouse procedures, and assist in process improvements to ensure accuracy & efficiency. Assist in scheduling & planning, working closely with management to optimize labor and resource allocation. Foster a positive work environment by resolving conflicts, promoting teamwork, and ensuring adherence to company policies. Support weekly warehouse operations by stepping in as needed to lead shifts and ensure smooth day‑to‑day functionality. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of related work experience. Extensive knowledge of CJ Logistics warehouse procedures, policies, and best practices. Ability to coach, delegate, and motivate a team. Hands‑on problem solver with a process improvement mindset. Training & Development: Guided Warehouse Operations & Leadership Training. Training in Safety & Compliance, Conflict Resolution, and Employee Relations.
