Role: Conga/PROS Technical Architect

Location: St. Paul, MN – Hybrid (NO Remote)

Top skills required for this role:

• Solution Architecture & Design for CPQ/CLM platforms
• Hands-on Conga CPQ / PROS Smart CPQ implementation and Salesforce development
• Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and ERP systems like SAP/Oracle
• Strong understanding of Pricing & Revenue Optimization using PROS
• Stakeholder management, technical leadership, and governance

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end CPQ architecture and implementation using Conga CPQ (Apttus) and/or PROS Smart CPQ.
• Conduct discovery workshops and define solution blueprints, data models, and integration strategies.
• Configure pricing, guided selling, approval workflows, and document generation modules.
• Develop and support Salesforce customizations using Apex, LWC, Flows, and SOQL.
• Build integrations between CPQ platforms, ERP, CRM, and e-commerce systems.
• Collaborate with pricing teams to implement AI-driven pricing and revenue optimization solutions.
• Lead UAT, QA standards, code reviews, and platform upgrade activities.
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients and mentor delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales activities, solution demos, and technical estimations.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 8+ years of enterprise software implementation experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Conga CPQ or PROS Smart CPQ
• Experience in Solution/Technical Architect roles
• Salesforce and Conga certifications preferred
• Knowledge of Agile/SAFe, AI/ML pricing models, and CPQ-to-ERP flows is a plus
