Investment Analyst - Real Estate/Tax Lien Fund

About the RoleYona Capital Management is a Miami Beachbased investment firm managing a multi-million-dollar fund focused on tax lien certificates. We are looking for an Investment Analyst to help us analyze opportunities at county auctions and in secondary market offerings, and to make sure every deal meets our due diligence standards before capital is committed.For each opportunity, you will set bid up to values that reflect the value of the tax lien and the underlying property collateral. You will work closely with our Chief Investment Officer (CIO), answer questions, refine valuations as needed, and submit bids at the CIOs direction.
