Sign-on Bonus of $2000, you receive half after 30 days of employment and the 2nd half after 60 days of employment Duties & Responsibilities: Hand finish / Deburr a wide variety of metal parts and castings for the aerospace industries Use hand and power tools to grind, sand, clean, break edges, and deburr parts in preparation for further finishing Knowledge & Abilities: Ability to use basic deburring and hand-finishing tools, including right angle grinders, die grinders, orbital sanders, and air pens (manual and power) Knowledge and proper use of calipers, torque wrenches Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required 03 years of hand finishing experience preferred Ability to read and comprehend English preferred Physical Requirements: Steady hand-eye coordination Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to twist/turn upper body as required Close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus required Must wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.
