You'll work on next-generation access management systems that handle double-digit thousands of transactions per second, ensuring every advertiser request is properly authenticated and authorized. Your day might include designing new distributed solutions to handle our rapidly growing scale, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand evolving business needs, and mentoring junior engineers as you shape the technical direction of our platform. You'll engage with Principal Engineers to tackle complex architectural challenges, participate in code reviews, and contribute to our culture of continuous innovation and experimentation.About the teamWe're building the access control and permissions infrastructure that enables Amazon's advertising business to scale securely and efficiently. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
