• Support specimen procurement and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of all laboratory processes, mentor new team members or students, and maintain stellar lab quality standards.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health discipline along with ASCP/AMT certification eligibility.

Certification Requirements

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within the first year of employment.
• Maintain active certification throughout your tenure with us.
