The focus is on ensuring the delivery of optimized test points and product definitions across PVT (process voltage temperature) corners to meet business requirements. This includes driving debug and closure of all issues that arise post-silicon (process, yield, device).The Person:A self-starter who is passionate about leading-edge technology, being an inspiring leader and an excellent communicator who can engage with key partners at all levels to drive technical and strategic alignment.
