Training Process Support Specialist

$50 per hour

Our client, a leader in the Utility and Grid Solutions is looking for a Training Process Support Specialist. Key qualifications include, electrical or computer

engineering degree, requiring 3 years of experience, or 5 years if lacking an

engineering degree but possessing electrical sector experience. Hands on experience with CYME is preferred.
location: Plymouth, Minnesota

salary: $50 - 55 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors

responsibilities:

Training Delivery: Lead virtual training sessions for CYME software, translating complex power system and electrical engineering concepts into clear instruction while utilizing hands-on labs and real-world scenarios.
Content Development: Create, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials, including presentations, lab guides, and self-paced eLearning solutions.
Environment & Readiness Management: Oversee training readiness by managing lab environments, datasets, and configurations, while staying up-to-date on CYME software releases and utility industry best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Support teams to align training with current software functionality, while tracking overall training metrics.
Continuous Improvement: Assess learner understanding in real-time to adjust to varying skill levels, and analyze feedback to continuously improve course effectiveness.
