Sr. Tax Structuring Counsel - Family Office (Greenwich)

Job Description

We’re partnering with a high-performing family office looking to add a Sr. Tax Structuring Counsel. The role will have also have meaningful exposure to investment legal work and broader family office matters.

A few highlights:

  • Tax-heavy mandate – focus on structuring across a multi-strategy investment program (including cross-border / non-U.S. investor considerations)
    • \n
  • High-impact, judgment-driven role – more about advising and structuring than pure deal
    • \n
  • Lean, sophisticated environment – small team with direct exposure to senior decision-makers volume
    • \n
  • Sole Internal Attorney - Potential path to General Counsel for the right candidate
    • \n
  • Broad scope – investment docs (LPAs, side letters, co-invests), governance, and some trust & estate overlay
    • \n
  • Flexible setup – 3 days a week in Greenwich office with very reasonable hours.

They’re ideally looking for someone with 7-15+ years of experience and strong tax training who’s interested in applying that skill set in a more commercial, multi-dimensional way.
