Senior Director of Strategy - Women's Health

GE HealthCare seeks a Senior Director of Strategy for Women's Health to lead product management across the US and Canadian imaging portfolio. The role combines strategic planning, stakeholder management, and commercial execution to drive revenue growth and market expansion in mammography and related equipment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product management for women's health imaging portfolio planning, development, commercialization, and evolution
- Drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and market share expansion through strategy and analytics
- Develop product configurations, pricing models, and go-to-market strategies tailored to customer segments
- Manage new product introductions including evaluation, contracting, and pilot site oversight
- Build and lead cross-functional teams spanning marketing, training, and product management resources
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 10+ years experience in product management, marketing, sales, or related field
- 5+ years selling or marketing medical equipment in women's health
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and process management abilities
- Willingness to travel and accommodate flexible work schedules
- US work authorization; visa sponsorship not available
Compensation: $176,000–$264,000 annual base
