Marketing Communications Specialist – Specialty ProductsAs the Marketing Communications Specialist – Specialty Products, you will develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing plans for the Specialty Product line and Chino facility to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. You will work together with other marketing team members and essential sales staff on projects that promote Hussmann and its sales projects. You will report to the Global Specialty Product Leader. Responsibilities include leading the entire customer experience as it pertains to Specialty products from beginning to end, building strategic relationships to partner and work with key industry players, agencies and vendors as well internal departments and contacts, overseeing Chino location customer visits, measuring and reporting performance of all events and assessing against goals, evaluating latest technologies, providing expertise and perspective for adoption, developing strategies to get the word out about our company and bring qualified traffic to the sales channel, deploying and implementing successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execution, developing and reviewing advertising, presentational materials and marketing projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget and with uncompromising quality, writing and proofreading marketing materials, website content, and publications for accuracy, branding, and compliance, overseeing and maintaining the Hussmann onsite showroom(s) with responsibility for scheduling, merchandising, layout, upkeep, customer preparation and interaction with the sales team, coordinating all aspects of product photography for Specialty, and this may include onsite shoots at retail outlets as well as at the Chino location plus the updating of photography guidelines documentation.Qualifications include 3+ years of experience in related field required, Bachelor's degree in marketing, Public or Customer Relations, Communications, Customer Service or related field recommended plus 1+ years' experience in graphic design and social media campaigns preferred, experience in digital marketing, content development, graphic design and advertising as well as event planning and coordination, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), ability to travel up to 5% of time required, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.You will be eligible for a hybrid-remote work schedule.
