What You’ll Do: We believe the future of storytelling will be hyper-personalized. Every user will experience each story exactly the way they like it. This future of storytelling will be powered by AI. This will be in text, audio and video entertainment. In this role, you will closely partner with our Founder to develop a strategy and a roadmap for harnessing AI to deliver on our hyper-personalized storytelling vision, which will be central to the future success of our company. You will run and scale a team of AI Engineers and Researchers to conduct experiments, analyze data, and launch features and experiences to rapidly execute against the vision of hyper-personalized storytelling. What You'll Bring: Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning. Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and growing AI teams. Expertise in Generative AI as well as traditional Machine Learning and Engineering. Combination of deep technical skills and business savvy to interface with all stakeholders directly. Values "time to impact" and is oriented towards delivering on an (MVP) with a mindset of iterative improvement. Product-minded individual who comprehensively understands how to leverage a platform approach to AI implementation, strategically aligning technology with business objectives to deliver innovative solutions that enhance the user experience.
