State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) - Make a Difference in the Lives of Our Residents
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at Cardinal Woods Skilled Nursing and Rehab in Madison, Ohio. As a valued member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents.
About the Role:
As a State Tested Nursing Assistant, you will work closely with our nursing staff to deliver exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Providing emotional support and comfort to our residents
Maintaining accurate records of resident care and vital signs
Collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Promoting a positive and respectful environment for our residents and staff
