Job Description

• Manage projects from groundbreaking through client turnover
• Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, and client relationships
• Lead project teams throughout the construction lifecycle
• Mentor Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers
• Drive project performance and client satisfaction

• Extensive ground-up commercial construction experience
• Proven leadership and team development background
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and large-scale projects
• Construction Management degree preferred
