Corporate Recruiter – Automotive Industry Location: Franklin, TN Compensation: $38/hour | Weekly Pay | Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Think the best job opportunities are far away? Think again. Why You Should Apply: Competitive pay rate at $38/hour with weekly direct deposit Be a vital contributor within a well-established, industry-leading company Work in a collaborative, supportive environment Gain exposure to diverse business functions and talent acquisition strategies Expand your knowledge with advanced recruiting tools and HR practices Enjoy excellent benefits, including 16 paid holidays and 10 accrued PTO days Enhanced medical benefits Key Responsibilities: Partner cross-functionally with business units and HR to achieve recruiting goals Guide and assist business leaders on staffing processes, policies, and procedures Coordinate hiring strategies and headcount planning efforts Translate workforce plans into effective, cost-efficient recruiting actions Provide education on recruiting best practices and interview processes Maintain applicant tracking data integrity and ensure compliance Support development and implementation of new HR programs Deliver a top-notch, positive experience for every candidate This Role Might Be a Great Fit If You: Hold a bachelor’s degree Have 3–5 years of recruiting experience in both staffing and corporate settings, including technical/professional recruiting Understand the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, pre-employment screening, onboarding Are experienced with applicant tracking systems and talent acquisition technology (Workday preferred) Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills Deliver exceptional customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment Are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Are able to travel occasionally (less than 10%) Perks: Weekly Pay 16 Paid Holidays 10 Days Accrued PTO Enhanced Medical Benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr Kelly Services
