Behavior Analyst

Board-Certified Behavior Analyst The Board-Certified Behavior Analyst will report to the BCBA Supervisor at Beaumont Health Center for Exceptional Families. Scope of Work Conduct behavioral assessments and design behavior analytic interventions for individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. Supervise Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts and/or Registered Behavior Technicians in the implementation of these interventions. Primarily work directly with parents and caregivers of children with a suspected diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, providing evidence-based parent‑mediated intervention services. Qualifications Master’s degree. 1 to 3 years of experience as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (preferred). Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst; in Michigan, hold a Michigan license for behavior analysts if licensure is enacted. Thorough understanding of principles of behavior analysis. Familiarity with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. Benefits Comprehensive benefits package. Location and Working Hours Primary Location: Beaumont Children’s Center – 18501 Rotunda Dr – Dearborn. Employment Type: Full time. Shift: Day (U.S.). Weekly Scheduled Hours: 40. Hours of Work: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Days Worked: Monday to Friday.
