Resident Service Coordinators (RSCs) are responsible for providing a variety of services that promote these goals.Responsibilities:Support residents with housing stability, public benefits, budgeting, and referralsProvide mediation, crisis support, and coordination with Property ManagementBuild relationships with residents and host community?building activitiesConnect residents with local programs, services, and leadership opportunitiesMaintain accurate documentation, reporting, and service plansQualifications:1+ year experience in social services (property?based experience a plus)Cultural competency and experience working in diverse, low?income communitiesStrong communication, judgment, and relationship?building skillsBasic Microsoft Office skills; CPR/First Aid & food safety certs (provided)Driver's license requiredMust pass criminal background screening, including education verification and DMV checkThe above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
