Office Assistant

What we need
We are looking for an office assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily office operations of the company. The ideal candidate will be a reliable, hard-working, and professional with the ability to undertake a variety of office support tasks.
What you will do
Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
Greet visitors and applicants
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
Monitor office supplies, maintain inventory, and place orders as necessary
Organize and assist office staff in ways that optimize procedures
Coordinate pickup and delivery of express mail services
Skills you already have
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of office equipment
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer knowledge
At least one year of office assistant experience
