Physical Therapist

Looking for a Physical Therapist with Pelvic Health Certification. Work in an outpatient clinic setting. Be a part of the patient care team. Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities. Determine diagnosis, prognosis, and necessary intervention strategies based on assessment results. Create and modify therapeutic plans to alleviate impairments and functional limitations. Help patients regain their ability to perform daily activities. Focus on preventing injuries and disabilities by promoting overall health, fitness, and wellness across all age groups. Engage in sharing knowledge with colleagues and the community. Contribute to the latest research in physical therapy practices. Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records, including physician orders, diagnoses, treatment plans, progress reports, attendance, and discharge summaries. Ensure timely submission of charges for services rendered.
