Assembler

• Assemble small components by following computer‑based work instructions
• Use hand and power tools to build and secure parts safely and accurately
• Operate basic assembly equipment when needed
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and performance standards
• Package completed units according to company guidelines
• Record work completed using basic computer systems
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe
• Work with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goals

• Attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Comfort working with small parts and tools
• Basic computer skills for viewing work orders and logging work
• Ability to work a set schedule and meet production expectations
• Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is a plus—but not required

1st Shift: 6am-4pm (M-TH)

2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM (M-TH)

Weekend (4th Shift): 6am-6pm (Friday - Sunday)

This is a Contract position based out of Winona, MN.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Winona,MN.
