Radiology Supervisor

Your future role at a glance Location: Facility: Department/Specialty: Schedule: Full-time | Days | Monday-Friday, 4 days/ week, 10 hour shifts (rotating days off) No holidays, No call, No Weekends How you'll make an impact in this role Coordinate and supervise daily staffing assignments and staffing levels to ensure appropriate 24/7 coverage across all areas of Diagnostic Imaging. Lead staff development through training, coaching, and performance evaluations; provide input on hiring, disciplinary actions, and termination decisions. Coordinate patient care with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to promote efficient workflows, high-quality care, and optimal patient outcomes. Support quality control, equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics; perform technologist duties as needed to maintain departmental operations. Monitor inventory and supply levels through quarterly audits, analyze usage against workload, and adjust inventory to ensure adequate supplies and cost-effective operations. What minimum qualifications you'll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. One or more of the following required: Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Cardiac-Intrvn Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Magnetic Resonance Imaging credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiography credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Radiologic Technologist specializing in Nuclear Medicine credentialed from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Registered Cardiac Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) obtained within 12 Months (1 year) of hire date or job transfer date. Education: High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. What additional requirements you'll need Bachelors degree preferred. Prefer Nuclear Medicine.
