Specialty Representative - George Washington University - United States Field Worker

Amgen seeks a Specialty Representative to serve as primary customer contact in pharmaceutical sales, executing marketing strategies and promoting oncology, inflammation, and rare disease therapeutics. The role involves territory management, clinical product knowledge delivery, account servicing, and sales target achievement.
Responsibilities
- Execute marketing strategies and deliver branded sales messages for Amgen products
- Schedule and conduct medical educational programs with healthcare providers
- Achieve or exceed territory sales targets through Plan of Action strategies
- Service accounts by ensuring product access and resolving reimbursement issues
- Provide feedback on marketing effectiveness and develop territory plans with District Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with 4+ years sales/healthcare experience
- High school diploma/GED with 6+ years sales/clinical healthcare experience
- Sales planning, organizing, and business development capabilities
- Strong clinical and technical knowledge communication skills
- Account management and reimbursement issue resolution experience
- Territory planning and sales strategy execution ability
Compensation: $89,880–$121,602 base annually
