As we continue to expand, we're looking for driven, personable individuals who are ready to grow with us and be part of something great. Schedule This is a full-time position with an early start time of 5:00 AM . Specific days will be discussed during the interview process. What You'll Bring • Experience in outbound calling, sales, telemarketing, or cold calling is a plus• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
• Comfortable navigating computer systems and multiple platforms
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to showing up ready to perform What You'll Do • Schedule qualified appointments for our estimators to present our products and services to homeowners
• Conduct outbound calls, follow up on leads, and respond to incoming inquiries
• Provide prospects with additional information via email as needed
• Assess and qualify new leads to ensure quality appointments
• Consistently meet and exceed appointment-setting goals What We Offer • Competitive hourly pay: $20–$25/hour
• Weekly uncapped bonus structure
• Full-time position with paid time off (PTO)
