Speech Pathologist Role And Responsibilities As a Speech Pathologist, you will evaluate, assess, and develop personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language difficulties. Your duties include identifying issues, modifying therapy approaches as needed, and tracking patient progress through documentation. You will celebrate patient victories and provide essential support to help them overcome communication challenges.
