Job Description

Massillon Mancan is seeking motivated individuals to join a plastic manufacturing team as Foam Cutters for various case Inserts. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately cutting foam materials to precise dimensions to create custom inserts for gun cases. Your attention to detail and precision will play a crucial role in ensuring that our gun case inserts meet the highest quality standards. Must be able to work on 1st or 3rd shift. Pay will start at $17.20

Responsibilities:

Operate cutting machinery and tools to accurately cut foam to required shapes and sizes.
Inspect cut foam pieces for quality and accuracy, making adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely completion of orders.
Report any equipment malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of measurements and dimensions.
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
Attention to detail and a strong focus on quality.
Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting during foam cutting tasks.
Prior experience in foam cutting or manufacturing is a plus, but not required.
