Position Overview:
As a Production Worker, you will operate machinery, inspect, and package safety equipment to ensure quality standards are met. Your role is essential in helping keep workplaces safe by producing top-tier safety gear. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate manufacturing machinery efficiently and safely across various production lines

• Inspect products to ensure quality and compliance with safety standards

• Package finished safety equipment with precision and care

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in a climate-controlled environment

• Follow safety protocols and company policies to uphold a safe working environment

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills are helpful

• Ability to stand for the entire shift

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

• Steel toe footwear is required for safety

Shift & Compensation:

• 1st Shift: $18.50/hour

• 2nd & 3rd Shifts: $19.25/hour

• Potential pay increase after 60 days

• Weekly paychecks and paid breaks available

Pay Details: $18.50 to $19.25 per hour
