Adecco is currently seeking motivated individuals to join a growing manufacturing facility in Irwin, PA, as Entry-Level General Labor Associates. About the Role:

In this entry-level position, you will play a vital role in supporting production operations by assisting with door assembly, inspecting products for quality, and ensuring a safe, clean, and organized workspace. You will also be involved in basic repairs and material handling, contributing to the overall efficiency of the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the assembly of doors and other production materials

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met and report any issues

• Support basic repair and maintenance tasks as needed

• Handle and organize materials efficiently

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with safety protocols

Qualifications & Skills:

• No prior experience necessary; open to entry-level applicants

• Previous experience in general labor, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred but not required

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn

• Ability to follow instructions diligently

• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift materials weighing up to 50 lbs.

Work Schedule & Compensation:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

• Up to 10 hours of overtime available weekly, providing additional earning potential

• Pay rate: $18.00 per hour

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
