We are actively seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in Henrico, VA. This is a full-time, school-based position working with students across a variety of age groups and developmental needs in an inclusive and collaborative environment.

Whether you have experience in early intervention, elementary, or secondary settings, we have multiple caseload options available to match your experience and preferences.

Job Details:
• Location: Henrico, VA
• Position Type: Full-Time
• School Year: 2026-2027
• Caseloads: Multiple openings (K-12 opportunities available)

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct evaluations to assess students' fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy plans
• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
• Support students with daily living skills, sensory integration, and motor development
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions

Qualifications:
• Active VA Occupational Therapist License
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• NBCOT Certification (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
• Experience in school-based settings (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
