Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: Aberdeen, MD

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Days - 5x8, 40 hours per week.

Job Description: Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team. This role focuses on providing quality care to patients in an outpatient setting, with an emphasis on case management, screening, building caseloads, and evaluation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments, focusing on fall risk assessment and general orthopedic conditions.
• Manage a diverse patient caseload with varying diagnoses, including post-operative care and non-surgical interventions.
• Collaborate with patients on personalized treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Provide education and support to patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland.
• Experience with a broad range of orthopedic conditions.
