We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Meadow Falls of Bath. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
About the Role:
As an LPN at Meadow Falls of Bath, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, focusing on their physical, emotional, and social needs. Your responsibilities will include:
Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Performing routine medical procedures, such as taking vital signs and performing wound care
Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring resident conditions and reporting any changes or concerns to supervising nurses
Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Providing emotional support and companionship to our residents
Requirements:
Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Ohio
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents and colleagues
