Cyber Tools Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Specialist

Salary: $104,125

We are seeking a Cyber Tools Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Specialist to support the development,

deployment, integration, and sustainment of advanced cybersecurity and MFA solutions across lab, testbed,

and operational environments. This role is heavily focused on Axway MFA technologies, cyber tool

integration, vulnerability mitigation, and cybersecurity compliance within a highly secure DoD environment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Axway MFA platforms, PKI/IAM concepts,

cybersecurity tool integration, and vulnerability management while supporting Platform & Infrastructure

(P&I) Agile Release Train initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, document, maintain, and support Windows-based MFA solutions utilizing Axway Repeater,

Responder, and 90-Meter software

Configure and maintain Axway Desktop Validator and Axway Validation Authority servers in
production environments

Support implementation and deployment of Cyber Tools patch releases across NT labs, testbed, and

Install, configure, deploy, and test cybersecurity tools including Delinea, ESS (Trellix), ACAS, Elastic,

operational systems

BigFix, KMS, and related technologies

Troubleshoot software applications and Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) product integrations

Analyze system vulnerabilities, mission impacts, and risk mitigation strategies supporting system

accreditation activities

Implement and maintain DISA STIGs and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)

Support cybersecurity compliance and DoD information assurance certification efforts

Troubleshoot operating systems, servers, virtualization platforms, network infrastructure, and

hardware issues

Provide technical feedback and engineering support to Cyber Leadership and COS engineering

Document lessons learned, cybersecurity best practices, and engineering standards

Support ongoing Cyber Tools activities within the Platform & Infrastructure Agile Release Train

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience configuring and maintaining Axway Desktop Validator and Axway Validation

Authority servers in a production environment

Strong knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Multi-

Factor Authentication (MFA)

Experience troubleshooting software applications and integrating COTS cybersecurity products

Experience conducting vulnerability analysis, risk mitigation, and mission impact assessments

Familiarity with DISA STIG implementation and cybersecurity compliance activities

Strong technical troubleshooting skills across Windows systems, servers, networking, virtualization,

and hardware environments

Preferred Experience

Environment

Experience supporting DoD cybersecurity or information assurance programs

Experience with Agile Release Train (ART) environments

Exposure to cybersecurity products such as Delinea, Trellix, ACAS, Elastic, BigFix, or KMS

This role supports highly secure cyber operations environments involving lab, testbed, and operational

systems supporting critical mission infrastructure.
