Bilingual Case Manager: Housing & Support Advocate

The Family Tree, Inc.

The Family Tree, Inc. is seeking a part-time advocate to support shelter residents and families facing domestic violence and homelessness. You will provide crisis intervention, counseling, and help with housing navigation, benefits, referrals, and life skills. Proficiency in English and Spanish is required. You will document interactions in Salesforce HMIS and coordinate with partner agencies.
