Enterprise Project Manager

The Agency's Division of Enterprise Applications is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to guide daily activities. As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring the team can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.

- This position is responsible for removing impediments and facilitating Scrum ceremonies to include daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint retrospectives.
- You will work closely with the product owners, stakeholders, and product development teams to ensure that the work progresses on schedule, within budget, and to the desired level of quality.
- Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to our team - helping to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.
- Facilitate Scrum activities such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective. Ensure team follows Scrum framework and agile principles.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospective and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- 3+ Years of Experience as a Scrum Master
- 3+ Years of Experience with Azure DevOps
- 3+ Years of Experience with Leading Scrum Ceremonies.
- 3+ Years of Experience with DB Querying and Programming
- 3+ Years of Experience with Agile Project Management Tools
- 3+ Years of Experience with hybrid project management (Agile combined with Waterfall)
- Bachelor's Degree - field of study is open but the degree must be complete and verifiable
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certification in Agile methodologies, like Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Government Experience
- ERP Experience
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Bachelor's degree
- Certification in agile methodologies such as certified scrum master or professional scrum master
