Head of Project Management

Job Title: Enterprise Project Manager - Advanced (10121)
Interview: 1 Round - Virtual (Microsoft Teams)
Candidate must be local to South Carolina or willing to relocate prior to start
Manage multiple enterprise-level IT projects within the healthcare environment
Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
Perform project planning including effort estimation and resource allocation
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
Coordinate project activities across internal teams, stakeholders, and external vendors
Monitor project deliverables to ensure completion on time and within scope
Prepare and present project status reports to leadership and stakeholders
Maintain project documentation and artifacts throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure all project activities and deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams and business units
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- 3-5+ years of Project Management experience
- 1-3+ years of Project Management experience in a Healthcare Insurance IT environment
- Strong experience with project planning, effort estimation, and resource allocation
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Strong proficiency in English and presentation skills
Experience working with Healthcare Claims Systems
Experience supporting state government or public sector healthcare projects
Experience working with external vendors and outsourced teams
