Sales Service Supervisor

Job Summary

The Group Sales Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the activities of the department, including training, coaching and service standards, ensuring an outstanding guest experience and overall operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily departmental activities.
• Provide training and coaching to team members.
• Establish rapport with guests, team members, and partners.
• Deliver the expected guest experience and maintain service standards.
• Manage change and drive operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain relationships with operations.
• Participate in goal execution, policy application, and departmental priorities.
• Follow company service steps and ensure quality standards.
• Maintain appropriate staffing and inventory levels.
• Understand menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricing.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, responsible alcohol service, and security standards are met.
• Deliver catering menu items and equipment to events.
• Check order accuracy and handle loading/delivering of items.
• Communicate event logistics with other departments.
• Manage opening and closing checklists and complete event paperwork.
• Coordinate inventory and oversee rental equipment.
• Supervise operational team members at events.
• Assist with event preparation, staging, set-up, and tear-down.
• Perform general cleaning duties for the department and facility.
• Assist other operational leaders as needed.
• Execute other duties assigned to support team success.
