CNC Creep Feed Grinder 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | 7:00am–3:30pm Russ Hadick & Associates is partnering with an aerospace manufacturing organization to hire a CNC Creep Feed Grinder for a precision machining environment. This role is ideal for a machinist or grinder with experience in CNC grinding who enjoys working with tight tolerances and high-precision components in a job shop setting. Position Overview This position focuses on CNC creep feed grinding operations supporting aerospace production. You’ll work on components that require precise material removal and fine surface finishes while collaborating with a skilled shop team. Candidates should be comfortable setting up grinding jobs, monitoring machine performance, and performing in-process measurements to ensure parts meet specifications. This environment involves rotating parts and changing setups, not repetitive production. Preferred Background CNC grinding experience (creep feed strongly preferred) Experience setting up grinding jobs and adjusting offsets Comfortable working from technical drawings Experience using precision measuring tools Manufacturing or machine shop background (aerospace strongly preferred) Basic shop math and mechanical aptitude Familiarity with CNC controls helpful Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Trade school or equivalent hands-on machining experience accepted.
