Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Mental Fitness Masters Hub, you will engage in a variety of essential tasks:

• Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), while adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring all records are meticulously recorded and accessible.

• Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals, ensuring that each client receives coordinated and holistic care.

• Engage in regular case consultations and interdisciplinary discussions to share insights and elevate the quality of care delivered to our clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment pathways, and available community resources, fostering an informed and supportive environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with school-aged children, adolescents, and their families, addressing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and social-emotional struggles. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuing education.

• A valid state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, starting from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
