Customer Service Representative We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join a growing healthcare services organization in Tempe, AZ. Job Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound customer service calls in a call center environment Respond to questions regarding healthcare and pharmacy-related services, including prior authorizations and general account inquiries Accurately document customer interactions and update information in multiple systems Maintain confidentiality while working with sensitive customer information Research and resolve customer concerns while providing exceptional service Meet quality, accuracy, and productivity metrics Navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously during customer interactions Perform follow-up calls as needed Qualifications Required: Minimum of 1 year of recent high-volume call center experience Strong customer service skills Ability to accurately enter and update information while speaking with customers Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn multiple systems Typing speed of at least 30 WPM Stable work history with demonstrated job tenure Why Join? Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $21.00 $21.00/hr.
