Sterile Processing Tech Lead

UCHealth, a leading nonprofit healthcare system based in Colorado, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sterile Processing Tech Lead to oversee our sterile processing operations across our facilities. This role is pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sterilization of medical instruments and equipment. The successful candidate will manage daily operations within the sterile processing department, ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, and lead a team of technicians in a fast-paced environment. This position not only requires technical proficiency but also strong leadership skills to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in support of surgical and clinical services.
