Additionally, being on call for immediate assistance ensures swift resolution of any pressing issues that may arise.

Field Service Technicians are entrusted with a high level of autonomy, requiring them to independently manage their responsibilities and make informed decisions in the field. Installation: Expertly install industrial laundry systems at customer locations, ensuring adherence to specifications.

Repair: Perform meticulous repairs and maintenance on our systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Training: Provide comprehensive on-site training to clients on equipment operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service visits, repairs, and parts used for reference and reporting.

Customer Service: Cultivate positive customer relationships by addressing concerns, answering queries, and ensuring overall satisfaction.

Safety: Prioritize safety by strictly adhering to protocols and guidelines while working on customer premises.

Continuous Learning: Stay abreast of industry advancements and technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.

On-Call Availability: This position will be part of an on-call rotation for weekends and evenings to address urgent customer issues promptly.

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, TX.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $68600.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
