Seeking a mail room clerk for a 2 month long assignment on a W2. This will be a part time assignment at around 20 hours weekly.Day-to-day responsibilities include:Maintaining the daily log and count of mail receivedReviewing and identifying consumer feedback letters versus junk mailScanning letters and uploading them into SharePointCommunicating with vendors regarding returned lettersAssisting with stuffing letters with coupons, as the team is currently approximately 5,000 letters behindProviding vacation coverage for fulfillment dutiesPlease note that scanning letters will require periods of standing at the printer.
