Visit for our full story.Areas of ConcentrationDigital Signage | A/V | ConstructionAbout the PositionWe are looking for Installation Managers who have experience in the A/V, Digital Signage, and construction industries who can manage digital solution installations for our clients. The Installation Manager is the primary interface for account-based clients and are accountable for leading the team through the Installation Planning and Execution phases, creating a predictable experience for both employees and clients alike. This position will oversee several projects with similar scopes of work for multiple accounts. You will work closely with Program Manager of your assigned business vertical and client account managers to forecast and plan installations for each client account assigned.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for planning, facilitating, and administering the installation project.Coordinate internal resources and installation sub-contractors to ensure that all elements of the overall solution are properly and effectively deployed.Manage and eliminate problems so that projects are consistently delivered on-time and meet client expectations.Identify, assess and communicate with all stakeholdersManage the triple constraints on any given project: Schedule, Cost and QualityManage overall project timelines and milestones by working with cross functional team leads, while considering budget, schedule and quality of the projectAssume full ownership for the project and escalate to senior management as needed to ensure company and client goals are metManage/initiate all project billing per the SOWParticipate in weekly project reviews with internal teams and clients as requiredEnsure client and internal milestones are met and appropriate approvals are obtained and documentedAdministrative ActivitiesCollect and maintain all required project artifactsWork with Account Managers to create change orders as requiredManage/initiate all project billing per the SOWProvide timely and professional client service to ensure client’s expectations and needs are metEnsure client and internal milestones are met and appropriate approvals are obtained and documentedReview Budget vs. Actuals on all projects weekly to ensure we are within scopeProvide Weekly update to management on install success/fail metricsEducation and Experience5+ years project related experienceKnowledge of digital signage, commercial display solutions, and/or interactive kiosk industries preferredBachelor’s Degree preferredAVIXA CTS and/or Digital Signage Federation certification desiredExperienced user of software CRM tools.
